Overview#

Aligns timing of extension of affordability restriction for publicly supported housing with timing for sending notices. Allows qualified purchasers to make offer upon delivery of, or delivery deadline for, first notice. Requires owners of certain publicly supported housing to provide notice to tenants before expiration of affordability restrictions.
