Overview#

Establishes Individual Development Account Fund. Continuously appropriates moneys in fund to Housing and Community Services Department to support fiduciary organizations’ development of individual development accounts. Modifies individual development account program and decouples program from sunset tax credit program.] Appropriates moneys to the fund.] Extends and modifies tax credits for donations for individual development accounts. Applies to tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2022, and before January 1, 2028. Modifies individual development account program.
