Establishes a Task Force on Rental Property Inspections to study and report on inspection practices.
Overview#
Establishes Task Force on Rental Property Inspections. Requires task force to report to appropriate interim committee of Legislative Assembly on or before September 15, 2022. Sunsets December 31, 2022. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
