Overview#

Requires Higher Education Coordinating Commission to provide grants to nonprofits providing affordable housing to university students. Appropriates moneys from General Fund for grants. Requires commission to report on grants to appropriate interim committee of Legislative Assembly on or before September 15, 2023. Sunsets January 2, 2024. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2021.
