Overview#

Appropriates moneys from General Fund to Housing and Community Services Department to provide services and assistance to school-aged children experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness. Appropriates moneys from General Fund to Department of Human Services for certain grant programs for programs providing services to youth experiencing homelessness. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2023.
