Overview#

Requires Legislative Revenue Officer to study methods by which state may award matching grants to local governments that create new revenue streams for affordable and workforce housing projects. Directs officer to submit report of findings to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to revenue not later than September 15, 2024.
