Overview#

Establishes Oregon Public Assistance Grant Account as account in Oregon Disaster Response Fund. Continuously appropriates moneys in account to Oregon Department of Emergency Management for funding to state agencies, local governments, special government bodies, federally recognized Indian tribes and nonprofit organizations for specified emergency response activities. Establishes Oregon Individual Assistance Grant Account as account in Oregon Disaster Response Fund. Continuously appropriates moneys in account to department for assistance to individuals and households following emergencies.
