Overview#

Provides that Director of Department of Consumer and Business Services require in state building code that building inspectors identify in all inspection reports name of person that performed work that requires building inspection and permit number that applies to work or state that owner performed work on owner’s own property. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
