Overview#

Directs Housing and Community Services Department to provide report to appropriate interim committee of Legislative Assembly on department’s financial support of dwelling units with certain accessibility features. Requires Oregon Housing Stability Council to undertake certain efforts to increase quantity and quality of accessible dwelling units. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
