Overview#

Authorizes certain cities with demonstrated need for housing to add project area to their urban growth boundary upon certain conditions. Sunsets authorization January 2, 2033. Amends principles that Land Conservation and Development Commission must consider in adopting rules regulating urban reserves. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
