Overview#

Instructs office of State Fire Marshal to develop and distribute curriculum for adult learners that relates to fire safety. Instructs Housing and Community Services Department, Department of Human Services and Oregon Health Authority to take certain actions related to residential fire safety. Becomes operative July 1, 2024. Requires institutions of higher education and certain schools to take certain actions related to residential fire safety. First applies to 2024-2025 school year.
