Digest: The Act would give money to cities to produce water infrastructure for new houses in this state. The Act would give money to a state agency to carry out a law related to water wells. Requires the Oregon Business Development Department to update the Oregon Infrastructure and Community Facilities Inventory. Appropriates moneys from the General Fund to the Oregon Business Development Department to carry out the update.
