This bill extends reporting deadlines for the State Department of Energy, modifies renewable energy and carbon sequestration programs, and transfers funds to support residential heat pump deployment.
Overview#

Transfers moneys from the Heat Pump Deployment Fund to the Residential Heat Pump Fund. Declares an emergency, effective on passage.
