Overview#

Digest: This Act allows splitting rural lands into up to five lots for homes if built before 2029. (Flesch Readability Score: 60.1). Requires that the development of each dwelling be substantially completed on or before December 31, 2028. Invalidates divisions of land if the development is incomplete. Sunsets January 2, 2029.
