Overview#

Digest: This Act allows short term rentals in resource housing but presumes that short term rentals may not be resumed as a nonconforming use. (Flesch Readability Score: 62.1). Prohibits the resumption of a nonconforming vacation occupancy in counties except as allowed by county land use regulation.
